Something New Is Taking Shape on Lake Dunlap
We are thrilled to announce that a brand-new lakefront home is currently under construction — and yes, it will feature its very own private pool. Designed in the same spirit of relaxed luxury you have come to love at Happy Waves and Salty Waves, this newest addition is being thoughtfully created for families and groups who want the best of lake life with a few extra splashes of fun.
We’re excited to share that the first floor is almost ready! The subfloor is down, the walls are framing up, and the structure is really starting to come to life — all set against those gorgeous Lake Dunlap views. Over the coming months we’ll keep sharing progress photos and behind-the-scenes updates as the second floor takes shape, the pool comes together, and the finishing touches come to life.
