Happy Waves, New Braunfels: Your beautiful lake house made us feel right at home. You literally thought of everything! Right down to the doggie toy and bowls. Our boys ages 8 & 6 LOVED the bunk room and huge variety of games. The whole place is just immaculate. Your outdoor space is incredible! We would love to return and use the water stuff. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. It is greatly appreciated. P.S I love your interior design style too!

Happy Waves, New Braunfels: 40th Birthday Celebration. We had such a wonderful time staying at this property while celebrating my husband’s birthday. Something for everyone to do! My 6&8yo kids loved the pickleball court. Highly recommend. Host was very communicative. Will definitely go back!

Happy Waves, New Braunfels: Overall this is a property that does not disappoint. We took a group of 7 teenage boys--10 people total. There were plenty of towel, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. It was nice that the kitchen items were quality as well. The beds were overall comfy (a couple a bit firm) and linens nice. There were fans in every room and the AC works very well. Plus there were adequate toiletries for bathing, etc. We took full advantage of everything the property offered. The boys played pickleball, basketball, rode jet skis, kayaked... It was Spring Break week and this was the perfect lake because it was not busy at all. The property is very well lit and looks lovely at night. But, if you like it dark to sleep you'd better bring an eyemask! The solar light are awesome, but it's bright in the bedrooms at night. I highly recommend this property and the owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay.

Happy Waves, New Braunfels: Property is beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. Awesome deck/boat dock for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The rooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Large fence yard, with lots of amenities that were included with our stay. It was absolutely fun for our family. We loved the night-light for Pickleball court, and the fishing amenities specially. We did not rent the JetSki as the weather was cold, but it’s available for a great deal. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely book it again.

Salty Waves. Port Aransas, Tx: Best location ever!!! Neighbors were very nice & welcoming, The place was stocked with everything you need in a home , so if you forget something believe me it will be there!!! parking was perfect!!, These homes have everything for a vacation for family or couples.
