What You Need to Ride
Simple requirements to ensure a safe and legal experience
Rider Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to operate
- Valid driver’s license or government ID required
- Texas Boater Education Certificate (or equivalent)

- Passengers must be at least 6 years old
- All riders must wear provided life jackets
- Maximum 2 riders per jet ski
Rental Requirements
- Must be staying at Happy Waves Lake House
- $500 refundable security deposit
- Valid credit card for payment
- Signed rental agreement and waiver
- 24-hour advance booking recommended
- Subject to weather conditions
